Now using Swiss Water Process coffee! The Swiss Water Method of decaffeinating coffee was developed in (where else?) Switzerland and involves no harsh chemicals or solvents to generate that “decaffeinated” taste that’s associated with standard decaf coffees. Instead, this method uses only water to extract the caffeine from the bean, so the coffee hangs on to every last bit of flavor throughout the decaffeinating process.
This is the buzz free version of our crowd pleaser. It's the same Saving Grace that you know and love--a balanced roast that strikes that perfect sweet spot of the crisp finish of a lighter roast with the rich, smooth body of a darker roast. It's a perfect happy medium of not too dark, not too light with a bright flavor and a clean finish. Give up the caffeine without sacrificing flavor!
