This Organic single origin was grown on a small farm mission "Bridging tables". This small batch coffee was hand picked and sorted with meticulous care to produce the finest quality. It brings slight notes of caramel and toasted nuts, a tart acidity, and a full body. It closes out with a silky finish, leaving you wanting another cup!!
The region of Copan lies in a fertile valley, known for its cool temperatures, and as a result is a perfect location for green coffee production. A strictly high grown from this region has notes of chocolate, citrus, and caramel, with a larger body and a delicate acidity, giving the cup an overall bold and creamy finish.
