This rare coffee is both delicately screened for Peaberries and is naturally process which means that the coffee cherries  are allowed to dry and partally ferment around the bean. Natural process is the most difficuly method of processing but allows for the sweetness of the cherry to infuse with the bean
This process produces a complex deep fruit flavor. The flavor is of dried apricot with a hint of black cherry. The body is medium with a slightly tangy finish.
Overall a very bright and lively coffee. You will love it.
