Review the Terms of Agreement below which will provide you with the details about how our fundraising program works.
Fill out the agreement that was sent to you via email, which includes your contact information & expected Sale Date.
We will send you your fundraising material about 10 days prior to your sales date. This will include your brochures, signs and everything you need to get started. All your students need to do now is start selling!
When you're ready to order, tally up your items sold and either create a spreadsheet or fill out a brochure with the items that you need for your fundraiser. Send that order to phyllis@uglymugcoffee.com, along with any tee shirts needed and the sizes. You will then receive an invoice for the total owed--verify the accuracy of this invoice and then submit that invoice for payment.
We will fresh roast and pack your order and it will be shipped to you within 5 business days upon receipt of your payment.
Have checks made to your group or organization.

Once payment is received orders usually ship no later than 10 business days. You will be notified by email when your order ships.
We will provide you with all the shipping information necessary to track your order. If you have specific delivery request, such as a specific delivery location or within a certain time frame please contact us in advance of your shipment for specific delivery details. Once you order has been shipped, for fastest results, It is best you work directly with the shipping company on your end. We strive to fulfill 100% of every order placed but occasionally circumstances beyond our control may make one or more of our products delayed or unavailable. Once product becomes available we will ship item a.s.a.p.
Shipping CostFree Shipping is provided on all individually submitted orders of 90 items or more. Additions to an original order may be made if the original order has not been shipped.

Once you receive your order and have had a chance to distribute everything, be sure to contact us within one week concerning any damaged products, missing items, or any other issues. We will immediately work with you to get your products right.
We will charge you any applicable state and local sales tax required by law.
We do not guarantee any given level of funds will be raised by you. Mis-orders, reorders, late orders, sales tax etc. will all have an impact on your overall profit.
